These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sinora AI ("the Service"), operated at sinoraai.online. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country) to use the Service, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any registration information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, create accounts by automated means, or impersonate another person.
We offer Free, Starter, Pro and Unlimited plans. Features, token allowances and prices are described on the Subscription page. We may change plan features or pricing with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Generations consume AI Tokens. Tokens are a licence to use the Service, not property or currency: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded except as required by law. Unused tokens roll over while your subscription remains active. Tokens expire if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for keeping payment details current. Invoices are available in Account → Billing History.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Account → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We will notify you in advance of any price increase.
Because tokens grant immediate access to computational resources, fees are generally non-refundable once tokens have been used. If you have a billing error or have not used any tokens from a new charge, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case. Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not: reverse engineer or scrape the Service, circumvent safety filters or rate limits, resell access without authorisation, use the Service to develop competing models, or interfere with its operation or other users.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate. It is strictly prohibited to create, upload or distribute content that is: illegal in your jurisdiction; sexually explicit involving minors in any form; non-consensual intimate imagery, including of real persons ("deepfakes"); harassing, threatening or hateful; deliberately deceptive in ways likely to cause harm (e.g. fraud, election misinformation); infringing on copyright, trademarks or personality rights; or promoting violence, self-harm or terrorism. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
The Service, including its software, design, models and branding, is owned by Sinora AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
You retain rights you hold in prompts and files you upload. Subject to your plan and applicable law, we assign to you the rights we hold in outputs you generate, and you may use them commercially. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of outputs — especially those resembling real people, brands or copyrighted works — complies with applicable law.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@sinoraai.online including: identification of the work, the infringing material's location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature. We will remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
We may suspend or restrict your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the Service. Where appropriate we will give you an opportunity to remedy the issue.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control may cause downtime. Generation speed depends on your plan and current load.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you use them at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinora AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sinora AI and its officers, employees and partners from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time in Account → Settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination your licence ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable period. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. 11, 16–18, 20) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Ljubljana, unless mandatory consumer law grants you the courts of your residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
